Information you send us
The request form collects your name, phone number, email, referral/source, customer role and message. Real estate agents also select their role in the transaction. You may add photos, videos or documents. We use this information to review your request and contact you about it.
How requests reach our team
Cloudflare processes the form and stores optional attachments in R2 storage. Quo receives a notification containing your request details and, when you provide files, a gallery link. Team members can use those details to follow up. Submitting a request does not trigger an automatic text to the visitor.
Attachment links
The storage bucket is not public. A gallery can be opened by anyone who has its full link, so share that link only with people who should see the files. Links normally expire after 90 days. Link expiry does not itself delete stored files, and this page does not promise a fixed deletion date for request records or stored attachments.
Verification and technical information
Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify submissions. Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, as part of hosting, verification and security. The form stores a request identifier and a hash in session storage to help prevent duplicate delivery; it does not store the form fields or attachments there.
Other services and links
The site loads website content and published images from Sanity and fonts from Google. The optional newsletter signup opens a separate signup service. Google review links and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Questions about a request
Use the request form if you have a question about information you previously sent. Provide enough context for our team to locate the request, but do not send sensitive financial, medical or identity documents through the website.
